Offers post-stroke support and resources to navigate recovery.
The following weekly programs are offered:
- Speech Therapy: Designed to provide support for individuals navigating the challenges of stroke-induced communication disorders, such as aphasia and apraxia. Virtual and in-person sessions are offered.
- Cognitive Rehabilitation: Involves sessions focused on playing an array of stimulating brain games and offering learning opportunities designed to engage and challenge participants, igniting cognitive activity and promoting neural reorganization.
- Physical Fitness Therapy: Fitness programs thoughtfully designed to engage and challenge participants to accommodate varying levels of mobility and fitness at their own pace.
- Family and Caregiver Support: Dedicated programming to help caregivers and families by providing resources, guidance, and a supportive community for those who care for their loved ones.
