Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) - Mental Health Support - Richmond

Helps people severely affected by mental health and substance use challenges achieve their own version of recovery.
Assertive Community Treatment is a team-based, person-centered, recovery-oriented, outreach mental health service. Richmond ACT supports people living with complex mental health or concurrent mental health and substance use disorder in Richmond. ACT clients often suffer from serious mental illnesses, complex substance use disorders, & have functional impairments who would benefit from comprehensive, wrap around care.

Services are available for Richmond residents aged 19 year and older.
