Assessment, counselling and referrals to other services for youth between 12 and 24 affected by problematic substance use.
Youth outreach services provides assessment, counselling and referrals to other services for youth between 12 and 25 years of age affected by problematic substance use.
Individual and group counselling, skills development and liaison with mental health and other services throughout the community. Outreach services are available in most Fraser Health communities.
Eligibility
Youth 12–24 years of age.
Referral
Self-referrals accepted.
Deltassist provides outpatient addictions counselling services to adults and youth living in Delta and the surrounding area. Services are booked through this office, and can be provided in both the north and south Delta offices as well as on an outreach basis.
