Chinese Mental Health Support Program

Provided by Pathways Clubhouse

Provides mental health themed lectures and a support group.
The Chinese mutual aid group provides an opportunity for individuals to share experiences of coping with mental health challenges in Mandarin and to encourage and help each other. Mutual aid group activities are usually scheduled on the second Saturday of each month. From 1:00 to 2:30 is a public mental health themed lecture. From 2:30 to 4:00 is the mutual aid group meeting.

To participate, individuals need to be a member of the Pathways Clubhouse. The clubhouse has its own application and referral process, but self-referrals are also welcomed. Adults living with mental illness are eligible for membership. Membership at a Clubhouse is free to anyone living with a mental illness.
